Our website takes orders 24/7 and we pack up your orders and deliver packages to a UPS hub Monday through Friday at around noon. The hub is closed Saturday and Sunday. 

Your email confirmation is your receipt. You will receive a second email once your package is ready to ship with your tracking number. 

Privacy: We will not share any of your personal information with anyone, ever.

Payments: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and ApplePay. Our website has secure checkout and is SSL Certified.

Returns: We do not accept returns. If you receive a package that is broken or damaged, take a photograph right away and email it to us at oliveyou@oliveoiljones.com. We will happily refund or replace your purchase.

FROZEN OLIVE OIL: It is perfectly fine and natural for the olive oil to freeze, leave it out and it will return to normal. If anything, it’s heat that diminishes olive oil’s great, healthy properties (in fact, there are some Italians who are experimenting with keeping olive oil at a just-freezing temperature to prolong the amounts of polyphenols in it, and then they charge like, $100’s for a quarter liter, of course!). This happens every winter.

We deliver orders to UPS within 72 hours after they come in, generally sooner.

If you are sending a gift to more than one person, you must make more than one order.
