This deeply golden bittersweet vinegar is prepared with Riesling wine from Lonsheim, Germany and aged for twelve months in French oak barrels. In the final stage of preparation riesling grape must is added to attain the unique bittersweetness. It is an elegant vinegar, silky with a great presence of fruits. It has a heady fragrance with hints of citrus, pineapple, mango and a floral undernote. Perfect for salads or use in marinades for duck, chicken or fish.
